Photographers
Looking for a photographer for a shoot? Contact us with detailed information of what you are looking for, and we will get back to you as soon as possible, or to see our photographers, click here.
You first need to contact us via email at studio@woowoofilms.com and let us know you would like to cancel your booking. Then we will refund your payment back to your bank account, which should be received within 14 days. Please bear in mind that the refunded rates differ depending on the hours left prior to your reservation date.
- 100% refund of Rent price upon cancellation up to 3 days (72 hours excluding weekend) before the the start of the Lease;
- 50% refund of the Rent price in the case of delivery of the Withdrawal from the contract less than 3 days (72 hours excluding weekend) and more than 24 hours before the start of the Lease;
- 0% refund of the Rent price in case of delivery of Withdrawal from the contract less than 24 hours before the start of the Lease, or in case of early termination of the contract by us due to a breach of obligations under the Article V of these Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation policy
According to our rental rules III- Other rental conditions 10-11, the customer must return the studio and any equipment in the same condition it was received from the studio staff, and pay the full price for all services rendered.
If cleaning is necessary following the photo shoot or video recording, the customer must inform the studio manager and pay a fee of CZK 1500 for cleaning.
